AnVIL

The NHGRI Genomic Data Science Analysis, Visualization, and Informatics Lab-Space (AnVIL) provides a shared environment for working with genomic data in the cloud. By bringing data and scalable computing together, AnVIL supports collaborative analysis without requiring researchers to move large datasets between institutions.

AnVIL is a collaboration among Oregon Health & Science University, the University of California, Santa Cruz, the University of Chicago, the Broad Institute, Washington University in St. Louis, Vanderbilt University Medical Center, Johns Hopkins University, and Pennsylvania State University.
